Dr. Michaela Reißfelder-Zessin turns her back on the Green faction in the Gautinger local council and joins the SPD as a non-party.

The decision appears to be the result of a long period of estrangement. The final trigger was the fact that the Greens gave up their resistance to the development of the west bank in Stockdorf. The SPD is pleased with the decision. “Together we will advocate for socially and ecologically fair projects for Gauting in the local council over the next two years,” writes parliamentary group leader Carola Wenzel. A statement from the Green Party has not yet been made. The local council meeting will be discussed next Tuesday, April 16th. The Greens hold nine mandates; the SPD has two mandates.. Dr. Michaela ReißFelder-zessin, who came second on the list in the 2020 elections, will join the SPD, which currently has two mandate.
