Local urban planning plan: “When Anne Hidalgo wants to put HLM in private Catholic schools” The new PLU of Paris devotes pride of place to social housing. The current PLU is currently being revised before final adoption at the end of 2024.

But the future PLU does not move in the direction of improving the quality of life of Parisians. It continues on the dead end path of urban planning which has already contributed to the flight of more than 125,000 inhabitants in barely 10 years.
