The Supreme Court has dismissed Prince Harry's lawsuit seeking to challenge a 2020 ruling. Harry wanted to pay armed police bodyguards out of his own pocket to ensure his safety and that of his family.

The Home Office rejected Harry's demand, saying that the Royal and VIP Executive Committee, Ravec, considered it "inappropriate" for wealthy people to buy protective security. The reason? A two-class society is to be avoided, the Home Office said.. Prince Harry has to accept a slap in court – he is not allowed to buy police protection when visiting his old homeland.
