LR deputies want to protect young children from the omnipresence of screens. The proposed law by Annie Genevard and Antoine Vermorel-Marques could prohibit, with some exceptions, tablets, computers and telephones in the presence of children under 3 years old.
For health reasons, early childhood professionals could no longer offer activities using screens. For elected officials, the idea is to disseminate information concerning the harmful effects of screens and finally send a political message. However, if you have the information you want for your children, you no longer do it.
