Ludwig Horn is running for mayor of the city of Stuttgart, Germany. He is the son of a former mayor, who was killed in a plane crash.
He says he wants to make the city a better place to live and work. The election will take place on November 26, 2018. The winner will be announced on November 27. The candidate is currently in the middle of his second year of studies at the University of Tübingen in Germany, where he is studying to be a teacher.
