“It’s funny, he looks human,” says a customer. The impression is also good among the staff at the Confluence show where the little robot is being tested for the first time in a French airport. ‘We don't know if it's a girl or a boy, but he or she helps us a lot,’ says Youssoupha Ndiaye, the team leader.
