The Council of State has just sent a preliminary question to the CJEU on the question of access to these platforms for minors. Will French criminal law end up outside European law regarding access to pornographic sites? This question has just been brought before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Two publishers of pornographic sites established in the Czech Republic, the companies Webgroup Czech Republic and NKL Associates sro. The latter were simply asking for the cancellation of the decree which requires them to request serious guarantees from consumers as proof of majority.
