A man in China's Shandong province fell from the façade while working on a high-rise building. His safety rope was able to protect him from falling into the depths, but he got caught in it with his neck.
Thanks to attentive office staff, however, the man could still be rescued from his distress. The footage is circulating online and shows an employee filming the action on the 34th floor of the skyscraper's office interiors. The man had escaped with minor injuries.
