Witnesses saw an argument and called the police. Four people fled, but were temporarily arrested a few minutes later. The possible murder knife was tracked down by a police dog near the crime scene. The two children were released from police custody after their hearings, investigators said on Friday. A murder squad had been set up. The victim is a 31-year-old man who most recently had no known address.
