Manhunt after woman has throat cut but survives in Bolzano. 61-year-old woman had her throat cut in her condo garage last night.
Police are reportedly investigating in the family circle of the woman. Waltraud Kranebitter Auer had just returned from a trip to Munich with her grandchildren. She is not in a life threatening condition in hospital in the northern Italian town. They said that Auer, a physiotherapist well known in BolZano, probably knew her attacker.
