Manouchian, glory and tears on France 2. A moving documentary resurrects the life and feats of arms of the Armenian resistance fighter.
He was shot on February 21, 1944 by the Germans “while looking at the sun and the beautiful nature that (he) loved so much” The film does not forget Manouchian's comrades, like him foreigners and communists, many of them Jewish. They will not enter the Pantheon with him, but a commemorative plaque will celebrate their memory there.
