Marina Bulgari was the daughter of Costantino Bulgari, first son of Sotirios, the Greek goldsmith and founder of the famous luxury house on Via Condotti. She succeeded her father in 1973, but decided to stand on her own two feet and founded her own brand, Marina B, in 1977.
