Married happiness with obstacles: Russian woman and Ukrainian man, who currently lives in Unterschleißheim, have been in a long-distance relationship since the beginning of the war. Mark Kreshchensky is a member of the Ukrainian Freedom Orchestra.

The orchestra – consisting of Ukrainian refugees – sends a signal against the war with its performances. Over 70 musicians tour Europe in the summer months. Despite tragic events, the couple hopes for a better future. “Despite the sad events, we have hope for better future,” says Mark.
