The owner of the Joseph di Trento presents himself as the last professional trawl fisherman in Marseille. This fisherman has already been convicted several times for similar acts.
He appeared for facts dated September 6 last year in a small piece of land occupied only by a lighthouse within the Calanques national park. The criminal court also imposed a fishing ban on the fisherman for six months with provisional execution. The defendant will also have to pay 500 euros in damages to each of the six civil party associations in this case.
