The couple in their eighties were found dead in their apartment on Boulevard Camille Flammarion in the 4th arrondissement of Marseille. According to Marseille firefighters, the couple died from a firearm. The Marseille prosecutor's office told Le Figaro that the man shot his 85-year-old wife then committed suicide with the same weapon.
