Marseille: victims of rue de Tivoli will take legal action to obtain an agreement with insurers. Lawyers of the victims of the collapses of several buildings, which occurred almost a year ago, will take summary proceedings.
A collective of victims challenged the government and the mayor of Marseille, Benoît Payan, to alert them to the slowness or even the blocking of compensation by the insurance companies. Nearly 200 families found themselves displaced following the collapse of buildings in April 2023.
