The Assize Court of Seine-et-Marne, in Melun, sentenced a man to twenty years in prison for the rape of two women. The accused was found guilty of raping two women, despite his denials throughout the investigation and during the hearing.
The trial, which lasted three days, was held behind closed doors, at the request of the two civil parties. “We can only regret the conduct of the debates led by the president, who left very little room for the defense,” confides Me Thierry Benkimoun.
