Three inmates from Meaux-Chauconin prison were on trial - this Friday - for violence committed in the exercise yard on February 8. The three men, aged 27 and 29, were also appearing for violence against police officers at the Meaux police station on February 15.

If two of the defendants were calm in the box, the third entered shouting and threatening: "I'm going to become ruthless" The judges sentenced the trio to two years in prison, one of which was closed, with a committal warrant.
