Donald Trump met with Polish President Andrzej Duda in New York on Wednesday. The two are said to have discussed the Ukraine war and Israel's war against Hamas.

Duda is also a strong supporter of Ukraine on issues related to the war raging there. Trump had previously met with Hungarian President Viktor Orbán and British Foreign Minister David Cameron in recent weeks. He also had a conversation with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman, as well as other heads of state in recent days. The meeting lasted around two and a half hours, according to a report from the Trump campaign. It was the latest in a series of meetings between the ex-president and foreign heads of state as Europe prepares for a potential second term in office for Trump.. The Polish President has encouraged Washington several times to provide more aid to Kiev in view of the ongoing Russian invasion. And it is precisely this aid that Trump's allies in the US Congress had been blocking for months.. Trump also emphasized: "We are fully behind Poland."
