The president of the Court, Horacio Rosatti, sent several messages to the government of Javier Milei this Tuesday. He warned that the “uncontrolled issuance of money” violates the Constitution.
Rosatti also stated that not complying with a Court ruling also violates the Magna Carta. On the one hand, he left the president a silver bridge to push for a trial against his predecessor, Alberto Fernández, for the uncontrolled issuing of money. But he told him that he must comply with the precautionary measure for the millionaire withdrawal of funds from the CABA made by the Frente de Todos.
