In the summer of 2021, after seven years on the air, Michel Sarran announced that he had been replaced on the “Top Chef” jury by Glenn Viel. At the start of 2023, another hard blow: his restaurant in Toulouses lost one of its two stars, which he had won twenty years earlier.
