Three riders had an encounter with a man in a forest (also Kummersdorf) on February 18th. Rebecca stayed with her sister and brother-in-law on the night of February 18, 2019. The presumption of innocence continues to apply to the brother- in-law of the missing Rebecca ReUSch. The police searched the area of forest in question at the time - but not the arbors and the property.
