The PP, which remembers that there is no public money or contracts with the Administration in the case that affects the president's partner, did not give in on three key issues. “The criterion followed by the majority of the Assembly Board is purely political and not legal-technical,” says Más Madrid about the rejection of their requests, which the PP adopted alone, by applying its absolute majority against PSOE and Vox. ‘The rejection resolutions of the Board exceed their function of qualification and admission, carrying out a judgment of a material nature that is prohibited,’ says the party. The debate on the dismissal of MAR will now be debated again on the Parliament Table, which regulates the day-to-day running of the Chamber.
