The Society for the Protection of Animals of Morocco (SPAM) is calling for a ban on the slaughter of stray dogs. "We do not give them food, we don't give them drink, we give them poison, we drown the little ones," says the group's president.
The group is also calling for the application of the Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Return (TNTV) program. The TNTV program is supposed to prevent the spread of rabies among dogs.
