Moscow attack: a Ukrainian lead studied by Russia. Cell phone data from the four suspected attackers in the March 22 attack at Crocus City Hall in Moscow claimed by the Islamic State has been recovered.

At least 144 people died and 360 were injured in this attack claimed by IS. Twelve suspects were arrested, including the four alleged attackers, from Tajikistan, a former Soviet republic in Central Asia. The Kremlin admitted that “radical Islamists” had been behind the attack, while regularly denouncing Ukrainian involvement coordinated by the West.
