Munich Glockenspiel has been played from tape for months: critics don't like the recording at all. Construction department: Munich carillon is subject to tonal fluctuations due to construction and weather conditions.
Adjustments would therefore be made repeatedly. An acoustics company is currently working on the fine-tuning. Until it is completed, the chimes will be played via sound recording. The recording, in turn, reproduces the true-to-original sound of the glockenspiels after the sound optimization in 2007.
