A Madrid anti-terrorist judge would like to hear in France a "revenant" who could perhaps enlighten him on two other jihadists repatriated to Spain last January. Loubna Fares, 44, is the mother of three children - one of whom was born in the territory of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi's former caliphate - and the widow of their father, Navid Sanati Koopaei, a Spanish jihadist of Iranian origin.

Fares and her children, then aged 6, 8 and 10, managed to escape in February 2020.
