Nîmes: a man shot dead next to his 8-year-old son, present in the targeted vehicle. The events took place around 9:30 p.m.
in a neighborhood plagued by poverty and drug trafficking. The car was reportedly targeted by at least three shots and the child was not hit. Still according to police sources, a vehicle described as the one borrowed by the shooter(s) was found burned during the night in the nearby town of Rodilhan.
