17th century presbytery of Doulon to be transformed into a “friendly” and ecological “third place” The community voted on Friday to rehabilitate the building, for 3.7 million euros. The whole thing is said to be in particularly poor condition, with stairs that have become too dangerous to use.
Construction of the new spa will begin next year, with delivery expected within 13 months later, during 2026. The project for this site is part of the transformation of the town, intended to be revitalized by 2035.
