Nantes: accusations of racism between prison guards. Insults, remarks, racist jokes and other dubious historical references.
Several agents of African, Arab or West Indian origin have been the subject of racist harassment for almost a year. Three complaints of moral harassment have been filed in recent months at the Nantes penitentiary center.
