NASA is analyzing an object that fell from the sky and crashed into a man's house in Florida, United States. The man believes it was a piece of a charging platform with old batteries that NASA teams on Earth released from the orbital station in 2021.
According to official forecasts, these remains would burn harmlessly above the Earth's atmosphere on March 8. Other human-made space debris that has fallen to Earth includes part of a SpaceX Dragon capsule that landed on a sheep farm in Australia in 2022.
