NATO seeks to remove control of arms deliveries to Ukraine from the United States. The move comes amid fears that Donald Trump will win in November.

The former president already warned that he would abandon Kiev and stop transferring funds and weapons. The Alliance is now seeking another member from Brussels, and not the U.S., to coordinate the deliveries. The other big idea of the NATO foreign ministers' summit this Wednesday and Thursday is the creation of a $100 billion arms fund for Ukraine from 2024 to 2028.
