A trio of “seasoned” criminals were arrested Tuesday evening in Villeurbanne, in the suburbs of Lyon, after a failed robbery attempt. The robbers, panicking, tried to briefly take an employee hostage to cover their escape, according to information from our colleagues.
But they quickly gave up on the idea, preferring to flee on foot. Two of them were then arrested outside the building. Another is stuck in the company's airlock. As for the fourth, he manages to grab the keys to the van of one of the employees, then escapes when the vehicle is blocked.
