Nelly Korda has won three consecutive tournaments on the LPGA. She is the first player from her country to do so since 1978.

She follows in the footsteps of her mother and father, who were also professional tennis players. The 23-year-old is now ranked No. 2 in the world, ahead of Novak Djokovic and Rory McIlroy, who are ranked 1 and 2, respectively, for the first time in their careers. The tournament in Arizona was her third in a row.
