The majority wants new elections - according to surveys, Netanyahu has virtually no chance. Only four percent of Israeli respondents trusted their current head of government in a survey at the end of 2023. As protests grow ever stronger, relatives of hostages are joining the demonstrators critical of the government. According to the current polls, Gantz almost has victory in the next election.
