'Decisive Moments' is an anthology about key moments in recent history. Its second season focuses on the atomic bomb and the eternal conflict between blocs that explains Putin's invasion of Ukraine.

Brian Knappenberger: "Objectively analyzing the past can give us clues about the real intentions of today's Russia" "We realized that it was no longer a historical documentary, but a reflection on a very present issue," says the director of the series, who is from Pennsylvania, U.S. "The Cold War was definitely starting to heat up at this time, knowing what happened then," he adds. "It is alarming to see how history [twisting and distorting it] has become a weapon of war," he says, adding that the Cold War is not accurate from a historical point of view, but that it clings to the foundations of truth to justify its actions in Ukraine. 'Decisive moments' will be available on Netflix in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
