Neurorights: the danger of brain implants and mind-reading technologies lands in Congress. The deputies will listen to the Spanish neuroscientist Rafael Yuste, who aims to promote regulations that protect the privacy of thoughts.
He has already achieved this in Chile, Brazil, Mexico and the United States. Next week it lands with all that conviction in the Congress of Deputies, so that Spain can join that avant-garde club and be the first European country to legally defend thoughts.
