New countries on tax haven blacklist for 2024. 16 countries and territories are now considered tax havens by France.

These are non-cooperating states in tax matters which allow people to hide their money from the tax administration. From now on, the British Virgin Islands and Panama are no longer on the list of ‘blacklisted’ states. The European Union has added countries appearing on that established by the European Union to its blacklist of tax havens. For 2024, 16 countries are on the European blacklist.
