A court finds this doubtful. In November, the consumer advice center celebrated a success in one of its lawsuits against another clause. The Federal Court of Justice ruled that this was not transparent and therefore ineffective for consumers. It represents an unreasonable disadvantage for consumers, the judge emphasized in the hearing. A lawsuit has now been filed against the insurance company Axa. An out-of-court warning was filed with other companies, Zurich Deutscher Herold.
