New nursing home ready to lay the foundation stone. Bertold Ziersch focused the project strongly on energetic and ecological sustainability.
The heating works completely independently, and the large photovoltaic areas on the flat roof will cover most of the building's electricity needs. The ground floor and the upper floors one and two accommodate two residential groups with 16 places each. The seniors will also have a large common room with a kitchen in their living group where they can spend the day together. The house will have a total of 96 places.
