Construction of the new platform at Bad Wörishofen station will begin at the beginning of April. The existing outdoor platform, which is already connected to the public space at the same level, will first be dismantled and completely rebuilt.
The federal government and Deutsche Bahn are investing around 2.6 million euros to expand the station. The video travel center will also not be available from April 8th to June 1st. According to current plans, the renewed platform will be available again from June. The remaining work will be completed during 2024.
