New regulations for parental allowance: Couples can use these tricks to get around. From April 1st there will be changes to parental allowance.
Parents with a joint income of 200,000 euros should no longer be entitled to allowance. The income limit will be lowered in two steps, first to 200,00 euros and then 175,000. The limit for single parents has been reduced to 250,000 euro from April 1, 2024. Shared parental leave will be limited to 175,00 euro for couples and 150,000euro for couples.
