New rules on luggage, bikes and scooters on trains suspended. Trenitalia on the regulation that was supposed to start from March 1.
The regulation provided for those traveling on the Frecce, the obligation to keep bikes andScooters in bags and not to exceed defined dimensions. The limit of 2 pieces of luggage on board the train was also set at 2 pieces, with a maximum of 2 items. The new rules were supposed to take effect from 1 March but have been suspended in light of some requests.
