Ministry of Health launched a campaign encouraging healthy birthdays, in the format of a WhatsApp conversation between two angry mothers. In the conversation, the mother of the birthday girl claimed that the other mother's child is not invited to her daughter's birthday because she brings modest gifts, and that she "eats like a pig".
Since then, a suspicion arose that the call was fake, but the Ministry of Health realized that discrimination against poor children is a burning issue that affects many and decided to join the "trend"
