Notre-Dame construction site: high school students taking care to “thank those who saved the cathedral”. Around a hundred students from the Albert-de-Mun vocational high school (VII) provided lunch service at the restaurant on the restoration site.
In the dining room, there is a whole brigade of apprentice waiters who, in their costumes, present and distribute the dishes of the day. Today's banquet has the feel of an end-of-year feast.
