An investigation was opened on Monday, May 8 following an attempted murder in the village of Grandrû, in the north of the Oise. The suspect, aged 48, was arrested at his home and taken into custody.
He allegedly stabbed his 66-year-old boyfriend, with whom he lived, four times. The victim, still conscious when the gendarmes arrived, unfortunately saw his health deteriorate rapidly. "His prognosis is life-threatening," says a soldier.
