Oise: new victory in court for Saint-Gobain asbestos employees. The Administrative Court of Appeal of Douai (North) on Wednesday rejected the appeal of the Ministry of Labor, which contested the “asbestos” classification.
“We are very satisfied for all the employees who have been exposed to asbestos, it’s a battle lasting more than ten years,” explains Sylvain Germanangue, central union representative for CGT Sekurit, one of the two units on the site.
