Orlov, aged 70 and recently imprisoned for denouncing Moscow's assault on Ukraine, said he refused to be deployed there in detention. “This type of agreement (to go to. Ukraine, Editor’s note) is offered to all new detainees,” said the NGO Memorial, for which Oleg Or Lov worked, in a press release.
