Olmedo López resigns from the direction of the UNGRD after allegations of corruption over the tank trucks to La Guajira. The official presented his resignation after several days on the tightrope and after the announcement by the Secretary of Transparency of the Presidency to file a criminal complaint against him.
“I have made the decision to present irrevocable resignation from my position so that the questions that I face today do not muddy the anti-corruption flags that this political project “wields,” says the letter.
