The number of the telephone platform dedicated to the Olympic Games will be displayed on the facade of the Paris Bar. In three languages, French, English, Spanish, visitors but also Olympic athletes will be able to benefit from an initial exchange to be directed to a lawyer.
“We will be extremely vigilant to ensure that the rights of litigants are not undermined,” says Vanessa Bousardo, vice-president of theParis Bar. The initiative is coupled with the need to respond to the acceleration in police and judicial activity expected during the event. "It is a very heavy investment for the order – around several tens of thousands of euros. We will see how it worked and whether we responded to public demand because it is avery heavy investment,’ says the vice- president of Paris Bar, in charge of criminal matters for the ParisBar Association. The Paris Bar Association will be open from July 26 to August 11, 2014, and is open to lawyers from all over the world.
